The NCL overwrap machines, such as the Ossid 500IM and NextGen 500E, are designed for high-speed production, with the 500IM producing 40 packages per minute and the NextGen 500E producing 60 packages per minute. These machines are ideal for packaging poultry and seafood due to their leak-resistant design and ability to incorporate full wrap graphics.
The Ossid 500SI stretch overwrap machine can produce 120 packages per minute and is versatile enough to handle a variety of tray sizes. It is primarily used for beef, pork, and produce, utilizing a film folding and heat-sealing method without actual seals.
Ossid's thermoforming equipment includes six models, with the E-series providing standard options and the T45 and T55 offering high customization.
