Ossid has launched our new Online Customer Training Portal, designed to support our customers in developing a consistent and detailed training program for their Ossid equipment. The portal provides users with key information such as operational and preventative tips. The online training portal includes instructional aids and tools such as video tutorials, PowerPoint presentations, and other teaching tools to guide our customers through the basic operational procedures, and light maintenance practices to keep their machines running.
Some of what our Online Customer Training Portal goes through includes:
- New product setup
- Cleaning & Sanitization
- Safety
- Replacing consumable parts (i.e. belts, springs, rubber seals)
Online training is self-paced and requires just an Internet connection; portal includes quizzes at the end of each section to assess knowledge. The online training portal is the result of ongoing communication between Ossid and its customers. With many of our customers located in industries with high turnover rates, there was a desire for an online training program that could be used to provide instruction for new employees, as well as serve as a review for existing staff.
