The 500Si produces tightly wrapped, PVC-stretch-film case-ready trays of fresh produce at speeds of up to 120 trays per minute. The 500Si accommodates both rigid and foam trays and offers a relatively small footprint, which is ideal for the space-constrained environments often found in the produce industry. This machine features seamless integration with top and bottom application of decorative labels. It runs tray sizes ranging from the #2 to 8 x 15 inches.
An intuitive HMI ensures ease of operation and rapid, tool-free changeover between package sizes. Servo driven technology reduces downtime and maintenance. The Ossid gripper chain system consistently stretches shrink film to produce tightly wrapped packages.
