Reepack ReeForm Series Thermoformer
Leading off Ossid’s PACK EXPO lineup is a Reepack ReeForm Series Thermoformer. Whether you are looking for an entry level machine or high-production system for 24/7 operation, the ReeForm Series has a thermoforming solution to meet your needs.
The ReeForm Series is built with a stainless steel frame for better sanitation in full washdown environments. A user-friendly control panel gives users of all skill levels access to straightforward settings and recording of various programs for maximum flexibility to meet changing applications.
The machine can seamlessly handle a wide range of packaging styles, including saddlepack, flexible, modified atmosphere, vacuum skin, rigid and semi rigid, and many more. Processing stations are electric, providing energy savings with minimum maintenance.

Reepack ReeMaster Series Automatic Tray Sealer
Designed to meet the production needs of medium to large size processors, the Reepack ReeMaster Series Automatic Tray Sealer is ideal for sealing/lidding trays, cups, and rounds and/or vacuum skin pack applications. The in-line design allows 360° access to all machine components and tooling for easy maintenance and cleaning. Speeds range from 8 to 45 cycles per minute, depending on tray and film materials, tray size, product, package format, and general machine configuration.
Ossid 500Si High-Speed Stretch Overwrapper
The 500Si High-Speed Stretch Overwrapper is a reliable tuck-and-fold machine that uses a gripper chain system to stretch the film evenly to produce securely wrapped, PVC-case-ready packaging at speeds of up to 120 trays per minute.
The 500Si is easier to operate and maintain than other overwrap packaging machines, thanks to servo-driven technology and microprocessors that reduce downtime and maintenance. The machine’s small footprint makes it ideal for space-constrained environments, and its hygienic design is augmented by sloped panels that eliminate standing water. The machine can handle a variety of eco-friendly film and tray materials, and does not require air or water utilities for operation.
Ossid NextGen 2115 Weigh Price Labeler
Show attendees will see the 500Si demonstrating its capabilities while integrated with an Ossid NextGen 2115 Weigh Price Labeler (WPL).
This redesigned machine is capable of handling up to 180 packages per minute, making it the perfect labeling option for high-speed packaging applications. The National Type Evaluation Program (NTEP) approved WPL comes with a user-friendly, intuitive interface, and is also modular in design, giving users short lead and delivery times.
Reepack ReeTray 30 Semi-Automatic Tray Sealer
Rounding out this year’s show lineup is the ReeTray 30 Semi-Automatic Tray Sealer, an ideal machine for small to medium size food manufacturers and processors as it can perform three types of sealing: ambient tray sealing, MAP, and VSP applications. The ReeTray 30 features a chambered system for packaging products in lidding/VSP trays. Easy-to-use change tooling makes this unit a great lab or low production test market machine.
