From Poultry/Protein Packaging Machines to Customer Service, Ossid Has it All at IPPE 2025

Additionally, an exciting new initiative to the show is Ossid’s Customer Care Center, a dedicated space for customers to meet with Ossid’s aftermarket team to learn how its parts and service can help keep their packaging machines operating at peak performance.
Customers can see these machines in action, and visit the Customer Care Center later this month in booth C31127 at the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE), January 28-30, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.

NextGen 2115 Weigh Price Labeler
Highlighting IPPE this year is Ossid’s NextGen 2115 Weigh Price Labeler, which can handle up to 150 packages per minute. Utilizing WYSIWYG label design, the WPL has an interface that allows the end user to view a projected model of the result while the label is being created. Furthermore, the machine is modular in design, allowing for short lead and delivery time, and is National Type Evaluation Program (NTEP) approved.
At the show, the 2115 Weigh Price Labeler will be demonstrating its weighing and labeling capabilities, as well as showcasing its speed and accuracy, as products pass through the machine in a continuous loop format.
NextGen 500E Overwrapping Stretch Shrink Wrapper
The NextGen 500E Overwrapping Stretch Shrink Wrapper is Ossid’s leak resistant end seal packaging machine. Positive package air removal and unique design help the NextGen 500E produce tightly wrapped, leak resistant, end sealed, case ready packages at speeds up to 60 packages per minute. The NextGen 500E reduces maintenance time and rework while increasing productivity.
500Li Stretch Overwrapper
If you’re looking for a more economical packaging option, the 500Li Stretch Overwrapper is an attractive option. A cost-effective tuck and fold machine that produces up to 60 packages per minute, the 500Li and its in-line tray wrapping method represents a more streamlined packaging process in comparison to elevator-style machines. The 500Li uses a gripper chain system that stretches the film evenly to produce tightly wrapped packages, while specially designed foam belts ensure protection of delicate products. Tuck and fold film is ideal for low moisture proteins and many other food packaging applications.
Reepack ReeForm E40 Thermoformer
The ReepackReeForm E40 Thermoformer is a machine designed for both large and small production output of products using vacuum skin and modified atmosphere packaging. Its frame is stainless steel for easy sanitation in washdown environments, and comes with an open-frame design that ensures easy access for cleaning hard to reach areas. A user-friendly control panel provides easy programming and operation for users with varying levels of skill.
Reepack ReeMaster 400 Automatic Tray Sealer
Designed to meet the production needs of medium to large size processors, the Reepack ReeMaster 400 Automatic Tray Sealer is ideal for sealing/lidding trays, cups, and rounds and/or vacuum skin pack applications. The in-line design allows 360° access to all machine components and tooling for easy maintenance and cleaning. Speeds range from 8 to 45 cycles per minute, depending on tray and film materials, tray size, product, package format, and general machine configuration.
