A flexible bag provides a layer of film protection around products. Ossid offers two styles of flexible bags:
- A flexible vacuum bag is heat sealed after air is removed from the bag. The film will contour to the product, keeping moisture in and air out. This package style is ideal for fresh proteins, processed meats, or cheeses for foodservice.
- A flexible shrink bag is heat sealed after air is removed from the bag. The film will contour to the product, keeping moisture in and air out. The sealed bag is treated with heat from air or water to shrink the excess film around the product. This package style is ideal for fresh proteins, processed meats, or cheeses for retail.
